I have spent 30 years working as an independent employee relations specialist, bringing a deep grounding in psychology to some of the most demanding environments in organisational life. That experience has given me a particular skill: the ability to read complex situations accurately and help organisations find a way forward that is honest, fair, and sustainable.

I founded Your Business Whisperer to give organisations access to independent expertise when they need it most — when the issues are complex, the stakes are high, and the quality of the process matters as much as the outcome.
